"Wake 2 the Box" & Word of the Week Tracker

When I started my journey to a healthier life, I started by walking to the mailbox each day.  This wasn't to build my muscles in my legs. This was to create a habit I would do no matter what, each and everyday.  The goal is to choose 1-3 habits you will complete each day no matter if its a day you don't want to get out of bed.  Be sure to set attainable habits. If you are like I was and barely left the couch, do not say you are going to run a mile a day.  This will usually set you up for disappointment. Start where you are at! You would surprised at the power of 1 squat a day or eating one thing healthy in your day can do when you are consistent. It gave my son his Mom back, my husband got his wife back and I got ME back!

The Word of the Week is about choosing a word to focus on each week.  It is not something to overthink. Something you want to work or remind yourself throughout the week.
